New providers at CMH Oxford clinic
OXFORD – Dr. Michael Trevisani, Vice President Medical Affairs at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital, has announced that CarrieAnne Pisani, RPA-C, and Yusuf Harper, MD, ABFP, FAAFP are now practicing together at UHS Primary Care in Oxford. Dr. Trevisani stated, “We are confident that these two experienced providers will continue the tradition of high quality health care our Oxford practice is known for.”
CarrieAnne is a graduate of the Physician Assistant program at Stony Brook University. She has eleven years’ experience in primary care, including two years when she worked in UHS Chenango Memorial’s Walk-In Center. Her previous practice has included management of patients of all ages for acute health care issues and well care. She comes to the practice in Oxford from a primary care practice in Sayre, PA. Ms. Pisani stated, “I am very happy to be back practicing in this area.” She is enjoying her practice in Oxford and thanked the local patients and staff for their warm reception.
Dr. Harper is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is a graduate of University of Colorado School of Medicine. He completed an internship at Ohio State University Hospitals and Family Practice residency at St. Mary’s Hospital and Medical Center, Grand Junction, Colorado. His clinical background includes over 30 years of family practice and emergency services experience in Minnesota, Colorado, Sayre, PA, and Norwich. In addition, Dr. Harper is an Assistant Clinical Professor, State Unviersity of New York Clinical Campus in Binghamton. He has practiced in the local area for the past eleven years, nine of which were in the emergency department at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital. Dr. Harper stated, “I am looking forward to seeing many of my previous patients and working with them as partners in their health care.”
