NORWICH – The Chenango County 4-H Program is pleased to announce the 2011 recipient of the Senior Dairy Scholarship. This year’s winner is Scott Smith, son of Jeff and Deanna Smith of South Plymouth. Scott will be graduating from Norwich High School in June and will be attending SUNY Morrisville in the fall to study Agricultural Business.
