NORWICH – The Physician Services Department of UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital says keeping area children healthy just got easier.  On Monday, UHS Pediatrics - Norwich opened its office at 4 Newton Ave., in the same building as the Walk-In Center.  

Chris Kisacky, Vice President Operations, explained the concept and benefits of this new practice. “With the five experienced pediatrics providers we now have, we are very enthusiastic about the potential of this practice to offer families convenient, timely, comprehensive pediatrics services. This practice will accommodate acute sick child visits as well as the regular well-child and prevention appointments that growing children require.”  

Kisacky stated, “We believe that timely access to pediatric care is very important, and our goal is to be able to offer same day appointments and to expand hours as the demand grows.”
