The State of Emergency was modified at 5 a.m. today. A travel advisory is in effect for all of Chenango, with the exception of the towns of Bainbridge, Coventry, Greene and Smithville where a road closure order is still in effect.

NOTE: State Rte 12 now open all through Chenango County. State Rte 8 has been reopened in the Town of New Berlin.
