Hospice Holiday Sale this weekend
NORWICH – Hospice Homemade is an active group of volunteers who make crafts to sell at seasonal bazaars. The fundraising group has a big sale coming up on Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Sew Nice, the fabric and quilt shop in the North Plaza near Aim Fitness on Route 12N in Norwich.
Shoppers will find something in a price range that matches their pocketbooks. There will be a lot of Christmas wreaths, trees, and decorations. However, talented women have also been sewing, quilting and knitting items for the sale. While Leslie Bernardi and Mary Lou Spence are the driving forces behind the Hospice Homemade Auxiliary, they are quick to acknowledge the dozens of people that donate their time and talent to raise money for Hospice.
