Beadle Brothers sign deal with international country music label

NORWICH – Popular local country act The Beadle Brothers have signed an artist development deal with Alabama-based Lure Records that siblings and bandleaders Matt and Bruce Beadle hope will put them on the national charts in the coming months.
The title track of the brothers’ debut album – “To the Moon and Back” – will be released both nationally and internationally in the near future, and both said it’s a once in a lifetime opportunity to break into the big time.
To the Moon and Back – recorded over the course of a week in Nashville, Tennessee in January of 2010 – was released in August of that year. The album of all-original material was recorded and produced by All Mixed Up studio owner Greg Perkins, who also contributed to the songwriting process, adding his fiddle and pedal steel chops to the mix.
Lure Records’ Todd Washburn called The Beadle Brothers “some of the most promising new talent to enter the country music scene in a long, long time.”
The music, he added, is “fresh and original” and the duo is “sure to attract millions of loyal fans in no time.”
As for the brothers, the signing is just the beginning. Both are hoping that – once the song hits the radio waves, as well as the national charts – a bigger label will catch on and pick them up.
“It’s a dream come true to have one of our songs go to national radio,” said Bruce Beadle Jr. “I’m excited and I feel blessed to have such an opportunity come my way.”
According to Matt Beadle, it’s a dream both brothers have shared over the years.
“I am thrilled that someone believes in our music almost as much as we do,” said Matt, who added he’s been working toward this goal for well over a decade now. “I truly hope that this is the start of a great career for Bruce and me.”
Once released, the brothers said they’ll be hitting the road to tour in support of the song. And there’s a good chance that – wherever “To the Moon and Back” is being played – that’s where you’ll find the talented siblings performing the music they love.
