Norwich senior Shelby Condon signed her national letter of intent to play softball next year for NCAA Division II softball team, LeMoyne College, Wednesday afternoon at Norwich High School. Looking on are Condon’s parents, Rick and Melinda Condon. Condon was a STAC Central Division all-star last season, and was named Norwich's Most Valuable Player.
