NORWICH – Tuesday, Feb. 14, Valentine’s Day, is a perfect day to take a moment and consider how to treat your heart. That’s what Heart Day at UHS Cardiology Norwich is all about. The public is invited to stop by their office, on the first floor of UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital, to get some heart healthy information and enjoy light refreshments. It will be a strictly informal day, with visitors welcome from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  

Physicians at this practice include John R. Brereton, MD FACP and cardiologist James K. O’Brien, MD FACC. They bring enhanced diagnostic testing and treatment of more complex cardiac conditions to UHS Chenango Memorial. They also are committed to preventing and detecting cardiovascular problems at an early stage, providing access to cardiac testing and treatment to local residents and delivering education about preventing and managing heart and circulation problems.
