NORWICH – A Norwich couple has been charged with multiple misdemeanor drug offenses and endangering the welfare of a child after a police-assisted search of their residence turned up a quantity of a controlled substance, as well as heroin and marijuana.

Members of the Chenango County Probation Department – armed with a court-ordered search warrant – executed the search at 52 Front St. with the assistance of the Norwich Police.
