Chenango’s Irish – and those who just wished they were – gathered in downtown Norwich Friday afternoon for the annual raising of the Irish flag. The ceremony was followed by traditional Irish music and dancing in honor of St. Patrick’s Day. More photos appear on our website, www.evesun.com.
