The Norwich Tea Party Patriots held a rally in downtown Norwich Saturday recognizing the three-year anniversary of the group’s formation. One of the highlights was the presence of the Liberty Bus, a rolling petition signed by thousands of Tea Party members across the county. Signing on Saturday were Tea Partiers Dawn Adams, Gilda Ward, Charlie Resseguie and Earlville’s Mike Kiciniski, who’s running for Congress in the 22nd district.
