Dozens of employees at Snyder Communications, parent company of The Evening Sun, wore purple today as part of the Chenango Relay For Life’s Paint the County Purple event. Area businesses, organizations, schools and individuals across the county all participate in the annual event to raise awareness for cancer research and prevention, and for the annual summer fundraiser at the Chenango County Fairgrounds in July.
