Police Chief Joseph Angelino was the featured speaker at Monday’s Memorial Day observances in West Side Park in downtown Norwich. Following the parade and ceremonies, the Honor Guards from the American Legion and VFW Posts conducted military services at the Mount Hope and St. Paul’s cemeteries respectively, for local veterans buried there.
