Cruise-In at Car Museum today
NORWICH – In advance of the Syracuse Nationals Car Show, the Northeast Classic Car Museum in Norwich, NY will hold a “National Cruise-In” at the Museum on Wednesday. Early Nationals Car Show registrants, classic car buffs, and the public are invited to share a day of fun and discounts at the Museum.
Doug’s Holy Smoke BBQ of Hamilton, and Gilligan’s Island Ice Cream of Sherburne, will be on hand, selling their specialties from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and the Museum will provide a picnic area on the grounds (inside in case of rain). Admission discounts will be offered, and a free gift will be given to anyone “cruising in” with their classic car.
The Syracuse Nationals is billed as the “largest automotive event on the Right Coast,” and is held annually at the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse. Last year, over 7,500 cars were shown over the 3-day event. This year’s show will take place on July 20, 21, & 22. More information about the Nationals can be found at www.rightcoastcars.com/syracuse-nationals.php.
The Northeast Classic Car Museum is located at 24 Rexford Street, Norwich, and is the largest classic car museum in the Northeast. For more information about the Museum or the “National Cruise-In” event, visit www.classiccarmuseum.org or call 334-2886.
