Zydeco music & dance with L’il Anne & Hot Cayenne

HAMILTON – The Hamilton Concerts in the Park will present Zydeco music and dance with L’il Anne & Hot Cayenne on Thursday, Aug. 9 at 7 p.m. Hot Cayenne, fronted by accordionist Anne Stork, blends their own spice of rock n’ roll, blues, funk and country to the up tempo Zydeco beat creating a dance groove that just won’t quit. Dance demonstration and instruction will be with Richard Newman and Amy Burns of the Rochester.

The six-piece L’il Anne and Hot Cayenne includes Phil Sanguedolce, who for years fronted Chanka Chank, with dynamic lead vocals and rubboard. Anne Stork took up accordion 5 years ago and hasn’t put it down since. She captivates crowds with her intensity and creativity.

Enjoy an evening of Zydeco music and dance in a beautiful park setting! Lil Anne and Hot Cayenne are a musically tight, classic Zydeco groove, with a hot spicy touch all their own.
