8-7 Police Blotter/ County Court Roundup: 115 packets of heroin with intent to sell, among other charges. Sentenced to 5 years probation & drug court.

How could the Judge & DA agree to this with no fines or jail time? Good lawyer, reduced plea, first offense-who knows!
