NORWICH – Voting for the second Chenango County Cash Mob is well underway as Commerce Chenango, in collaboration with the Norwich Business Improvement District, seek the community’s decision for the next business to be “mobbed.”
The Cash Mob – an occurrence that brings consumers to one local business at the same time, on the same day, to purchase items in support of the business and the local community – is set for 6 p.m. on Sept. 27. Businesses nominated for the “mobbing” include: McLaughlin’s Department Store; Seasons Gift Shop; Hayes Office Products; Thymely Treasures; and Made in Chenango.
