Chenango Memorial Hospital welcomes two new providers
NORWICH – Chris Kisacky, Vice President Operations at UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital, announced that two new physicians have joined the hospital. Kristina K. Hummer, DO, and Phyllis R.White, DO, are the newest additions to the local hospital’s clinical staff.
Dr. Hummer, a graduate of St. Lawrence University, received her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed postgraduate medical training at Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown, New York. She is board certified by American Academy of Family Practice Physicians and a member of American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Family Practice Physicians and American Association of Osteopathic Pediatricians. She joins Dr. Christine Wilson; Dr. Samuel Boi Addo; Susan Converse, FNP; and Joseph Pisani, RPA-C, at the UHS Pediatrics office at 4 Newton Avenue in Norwich. While the other practitioners at this practice are treating pediatric patients exclusively, Dr. Hummer is a family practice doctor and will see children as well as people of all ages in her practice.
