Milford extends winning streak to 22 games

NEW BERLIN – Milford Academy needed a last-minute drive to score the winning points and extend its winning streak to 22 games.

The Falcons’ Patrick Dill scored on a quarterback sneak with seconds remaining in the fourth to give Milford Academy a 19-14 victory over Tiffin last weekend. The victory moved the Falcons’ record to 2-0 on the season. One week earlier, Milford Academy cruised to a 31-7 victory over Hudson Valley Community College.

Tiffin scored with just over a minute to play and completed the two-point conversion to briefly snare the lead. Dill finished with 143 yards passing to go with his winning touchdown run. Aris Scott, a dual threat at recevier and quarterback, had 74 yards receiving while also throwing for 67 yards with a TD pass to Joshua McNeil.
