NORWICH – Residents of Chenango County who will be out of the county on Tuesday, Nov. 6 may apply for and vote an absentee ballot during regular business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday or during extended hours on Thursday, Oct. 25 until 7 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 27 from 9 a.m. until noon, Thursday, Nov. 1 until 7 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 3 from 9 a.m. until noon.

Voters in question about their voter registration may call the Board, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.., including lunch hour.
