The Smyrna Fire Department responded yesterday to this fire at approximately 4:30 p.m. According to one bystander, a slow moving trailer traveling down East Main Street appeared to have small plumes of smoke coming from the load of hay, which then burst into flames. There were no injuries reported and the fire was safely extinguished. (Photo submitted by Jonathan Sherry)
