The Norwich Fire Department, assisted by the Oxford Fire Department and the Chenango County Bureau of Fire, responded to this fully involved house fire at approximately 4 a.m. today at 566 Lyon Brook Road in the Town of Norwich. The home, which was a complete loss, was unoccupied and no injuries were reported. The fire is still under investigation, according to Norwich Fire Chief Tracy Chawgo.
