NORWICH – Parade organizer Mike McCormack of the Norwich Pennysaver has announced the award results in the float and fire truck categories for Saturday’s 18th annual Parade of Lights. Entries are judged by an independent panel based on originality of design, visual excitement, effectiveness of communicating theme and, of course, best use of lights.
