Police on the lookout for missing New Berlin woman

NEW BERLIN – The Chenango County Sheriff’s Office is continuing its investigation into a missing woman last seen leaving her Sheff Road residence in the Town of New Berlin on Tuesday morning.
According to a Chenango County Sheriff’s Office press release, Jennifer L. Ramsaran, 36, told her husband she was travelling to Destiny USA in Syracuse to shop. She left in a maroon 2006 Chrysler Town and Country minivan, with New York registration EFA1962. Her cell phone was located on Wednesday on State Route 23 in the Town of Plymouth.
Authorities said Ramsaran may have changed her hair color and style prior to leaving home Tuesday. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office at 334-2000, option 1. All calls will be kept confidential.
