The 28th annual Sing Out and Celebrate event was held Dec. 8 and was hosted by the Broad Street United Methodist Church and sponsored by the Norwich Area Interfaith Council. Various choirs performed at the event, and above is a photo of the combined choirs during their performance of “Hallelujah Chorus” by G.F. Handel.
