Norwich's varsity basketball team holds the Section IV Class B championship plaque after defeating Oneonta, 40-28, in the title game Saturday evening at the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena. It was Norwich's third straight sectional basketball championship, the first time that has occurred in school history.
