NORWICH – The Norwich High School Sports Hall of Fame is accepting reservations for its fourth annual induction ceremony, scheduled Saturday, May 3 at Canasawacta Country Club.

Entering the Hall of Fame this year are athletes Frank Benenati (class of 1945), Ron Tyler (class of 1953), Don Manley (class of 1957), and Josh Morris (class of 1994). Jack Jones will be inducted as a contributor, while Norwich's 1990-1991 wrestling team will accept its honor in the team category.

"Our excitement grows as we prepare for the induction ceremony, and we look forward to seeing all that gather to support the great tradition of Norwich athletics," said Hall of Fame committee chair, Scott Ryan.

Ryan anticipates the program will finish in three hours or less, and he encourages all to purchase advance tickets as soon as possible.

The event will begin with a reception at 5 p.m. with the banquet to commence at 5:45 p.m. Tickets are $35 per person and tables of eight and ten may be reserved for $280 and $350 dollars respectively.
