Norwich takes sole possesion of first place after winning htree in a row and defeating Windsor 6-2 Friday.

Norwich changed their line up a bit and earned two wins from players new to the spots.

Norwich plays a solid home match with Owego on Monday and is looking to make it four wins in a row.

“This is a good match for everybody to come down and watch some good tennis,” said Norwich varsity tennis head coach John Stewart, “we are looking to extend our streak and looking to be the number one seed in East Central.”

Sidney 7, Bainbridge Guilford 5


Sidney scored two runs in the sixth inning to take a home win over Bainbridge-Guilford Friday.

The sixth inning was the determining factor after Sidney scored four in the first and B-G responded with four runs in the third inning.

With one out in the sixth Pat Vibbard doubled, winding up on third after a wild pitch.
