Arts Council unveils latest exhibit

NORWICH – The Chenango Arts Council will host an opening reception for its latest exhibit, “Light, Shadows, Shapes, and Textures Past and Present,” from 5-7 p.m. Friday at the Mariea Brown and Raymond Loft Galleries at 27 W. Main St. in Norwich.
This new exhibit features the work of Arts Council “Best of Show” award recipient Julian Button. Button is hailed by the Chenango Arts Council as one of the area’s premiere artists.
“Light, Shadows, Shapes, and Textures Past and Present” wraps up this season’s gallery exhibits at the Arts Council. Friday’s reception is free and open to all. Button’s work will remain on display through May 30.
