NORWICH – Lucas A. Wright, 18, Norwich, was arrested on Monday after allegedly having forcible sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old female. He was charged with rape in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child.

Wright was arraigned in the Town of Norwich Court and was remanded to the Chenango County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bail. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Norwich Court later today. He was still in the Chenango County Correctional Facility as of Thursday morning at press time.

Chad A. Page, 38, Greene, was arrested on Tuesday after allegedly having forcible sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old female. He was charged with three counts of rape in the third degree and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Page was arraigned in the Town of Norwich Court and remanded to the CCCF in lieu of $10,000 cash bail. He will appear in the Town of Norwich Court later today. He was also still in CCCF at press time.
