Execution of ‘no knock’ leads to two arrests in Bainbridge

BAINBRIDGE – On Wednesday, members of the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office executed a ‘no knock’ search warrant on Neff Hill Road in the Town of Bainbrige, resulting in the arrest of two individuals.

The warrant – signed by Chenango County Judge Frank B. Revoir Jr. – was said to have stemmed from a lengthy investigation with regard to narcotics at the residence.

Members of the CCSO entered the Bainbridge residence at approximately 5:40 p.m., and the narcotics division recovered a large amount of cash, drug paraphernalia, and financial documents that were said to have reflected “large amounts of money transfers.”

• Amber L. Chesebro, 33, and Manuel Thillet, 33, were both charged with criminal nuisance in the first degree, a class E felony; and criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor.
