Participants in NBT Bank’s Summer Employment Program take a break from learning career tips at the bank’s annual Student Career Day event held July 22 at the Canasawacta Country Club. A total of 68 students from communities throughout NBT Bank’s footprint participated in the program that provides valuable experience in the workplace and knowledge about employment opportunities at the company.
