OXFORD – Emerson Soccer Farm is playing host this week to the One Plus Soccer Academy, a soccer instructional camp geared toward players of all ages and abilities in Central New York.

Cortland State assistant coaches Patrick Pidgeon and E.J. Reutmann are serving as coaches of the clinic this week in which they direct students in a variety of drills.

"The main focus is develop a player's individual skills and fitness," Pidgeon said Thursday.

Pidgeon and Reutmann both played Division III men's college soccer for Cortland State, and work under Cortland State head men’s soccer coach, Steve Axtell. Pidgeon and Reutmann are part of the instructional team that comprise One Plus, and each week of the summer is a different site in which they impart their soccer knowledge on youth players.
