NORWICH – Season 13 American Idol Contestant and Norwich native Kaitlyn Jackson will be headlining the entertainment tent at the Chenango County Fairgrounds on Saturday.

Jackson is scheduled to take the stage from 7-9:30 p.m. While many are already familiar with Jackson’s solo work, Saturday’s performance marks her debut with her band, Hometown. The band name was inspired by the overwhelming local support from the Chenango County community and recommended by Bonnie and Rich Page-Izzie.

Said Bonnie, “Kaitlyn Jackson and Hometown is perfect because no matter where you come from, even if it's a small town like Norwich, you can still follow your dreams and reach for the stars.”
