This year's featured group Divine Fabrics Collective was founded in 2012 on New York City's Lower East Side. This crew of young poets aims to write with nuance and deliver new work at high-octane levels. Check out the work of Safia Elhillo, Camonghne Felix, Sean Des Vinges, and Aziza Barnes.

For 2014, the event will be hosted at Park Place Restaurant, near the center of the largest juried arts festival in Central New York. Also featured will be Richard Bernstein, founder of Colorscape's Poetry Slam, 29-year Norwich High School English teacher, and 11-time recipient of the Bright Hill Press New York High School Teacher of the Year Award. Bernstein's poems have appeared in many journals, and he is publishing a book of poetry titled “To Occupant of Apartment 6X.”
