NORWICH – A Norwich woman who was arrested Saturday is facing nearly four dozen felony charges including grand larceny and forgery.

According to New York State Police, 53-year-old Donna M. Huzinec of Norwich allegedly filed and received payments for services that she failed to provide while being employed by Springbrook Residential Services.
