Friends of Rogers host canoe and kayak trip on Beaver Creek

SHERBURNE – Enjoy a fall time paddle through beautiful Beaver Creek on Saturday, Sept. 20. This three-hour trip will be guided by Friends of Rogers Center staff and volunteers and is an excellent trip for beginners or those with small children who want to view the stunning scenery and wildlife.

A caravan will leave the Rogers Center parking lot at 8:15 a.m. or meet staff at Beaver Creek at 8:45 a.m. Rogers Center can provide a kayak or canoe to members for $15 or to non-members for $18. Members can supply their own boat for $10 or non-members $13.

This is a popular program for ages 13 and up, and preregistration is required. Children between the ages of 13 - 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Space is limited.
