Greene Bowlodrome raises money for food pantry

GREENE – Greene Bowlodrome's fourth charity golf tournament was held at the Genegantslet Golf Course on Saturday, Aug. 23, with Thirty-two teams and 128 golfers participating in an effort to raise money for the Greene Food Pantry.

The first-place team of Mike Eynon, Bill Eynon, Bill Chapman, and Jamie David captured their second tournament win shooting a 61 with each winning a golf umbrella donated by Sen.Thomas Libous.

With the help of our generous sponsors and golfer,s the Greene Bowlodrome was able to donate over $1,700. to Greene’s Food Pantry.  In the past, donations were given to Greene Community Services, the Joint Recreation Committee, and to Greene Labor Day Committee.
