NORWICH – The Norwich Sports Hall of Fame is accepting nominations for its 2015 class through Monday, Oct. 13.

A printable nomination form is available on the school's website as a sublink to "Tornado Athletics" on the main page. Forms may also be picked up at the Norwich Middle School.
