ONEONTA – Andrea Day (Greene H.S./Greene) became just the seventh SUNY Oneonta field hockey player to eclipse 100 career points scoring three goals in last weekend’s 5-2 victory over Oswego State.
Day, a senior for the Red Dragons, came into the game with 96 career points, and her three goals now gives her 102 career points (44 goals and 14 assists) as Oneonta improved its record to 4-4-1 on the season.
As a result of her accomplishments, Day was selected as the SUNY Oneonta Athlete of the Week.
