NORWICH – United States Representative Richard Hanna will be hosting staff office hours from 10-11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 30 at Norwich City Hall located at One City Plaza.

A member of Representative Hanna’s staff will be meeting with constituents individually on a first come, first-serve basis; however, Hanna will not be in attendance.
