Girls' Swimming

Greene 92, Windsor 83
GREENE – Greene capped its regular season winning its seventh meet of the season Friday evening at Greene.
The Trojans received two individual wins from Julia Arboit, who swept the 50- and 100-yard freestyle races. Marisa Pavlovich (200 IM), and Nicole Flohr (100 back) also had victories.
The Trojans' quality depth, said head coach Mike Platta, allowed Greene to gain the slight end. "We were able to get the third-place finish in the relays, and that was a six-point swing," Platta said. "And where a fifth-place point was at stake, we took seven of the nine. We may have a small lineup, but we have good depth, and everyone on our team contributed a point to this victory."
Greene competes in the Section IV championships in Lansing with preliminaries on Wednesday, Nov. 5.
