NORWICH – Members of the City of Norwich Fire Department stand with Mark Hitchcock after being recognized for their heroic actions by the Norwich Fire Chief and City Council at a meeting of the City Council last week.

Assistant Chief Jan Papelino (missing from the photo), Captain Jeff Steward, Firefighters Zach Miner, Robert Barnes and Tim Llewellyn were recognized for their heroic actions in rescuing Mr. Hitchcock from a garage fire on Dec. 20, 2014, in the Town of Norwich.
