A two-vehicle MVC occurred in the Town of Norwich, approximately one–half mile south of the city line on state Route 12 in the area of South Plaza shortly before 7 a.m. Tuesday morning. According to County Dispatch, The Chenango County Sheriff’s Office assisted New York State Police during the investigation. Authorities said that the incident sent one elderly patient to UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital.
