NORWICH – The Delaware, Chenango, Madison, Otsego (DCMO) BOCES announces the retirement of William Tammaro from his position as the District Superintendent effective April 3, 2015.

Tammaro became the only district superintendent certified on school board governance by the State Education Department. This certification provided a service to local schools to use Tammaro’s knowledge to train new board members, and assist with multiple board governance issues.
