Area businesses, contributors honored at Commerce Chenango Annual Luncheon
SHERBURNE – Chenango County business leaders and members of Commerce Chenango met in Sherburne Thursday to recognize ongoing member support and highlight exciting new opportunities on the horizon for Chenango County.
Scores of area business members and county officials took the opportunity to network with their Commerce Chenango colleagues leading up to a informative presentation by the organizations Executive Director Steve Craig at the annual Commerce Chenango Members Luncheon.
The focus Craig's dialogue was focused on the numerous economic successes that took shape with in the past year including the acquisition, restoration and occupancy of the former Salvation Army building in downtown Norwich, now home to The Artists' Palette and Jill Kraft Gallery.
“We at Commerce Chenango are very proud of this project and consider it to be the 'feather in the cap' of our organization, –and by extension– your caps as you support us on our mission to further foster development throughout the county” said Craig.
