CORTLAND – A contingent of Norwich YMCA pickleball players competed in the Empire State Senior Games (age 50 and over) last week at Cortland. A total of 195 players from New York and the Northeast participated in the tournament.

The following Norwich players were medal winners:

Women's singles 70-plus: Bonnie Carpenter, gold.

Women's doubles 60-plus: Barb LoPiccolo-Sue Heiss, gold.
