Summertime hours at Kurt Beyer Pool

NORWICH – With summer officially underway, the City of Norwich is reminding residents of summertime hours at the Kurt Beyer pool.
Normal hours, weather permitting, will be from noon to 8 p.m. daily.
A breakdown of swimming times are as follows:
• Noon-1:30 p.m. – Daily lap swim in the center of the pool. Children can be in the shallow ends and part of the middle of the pool, but must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or older.
• 1:30-5 p.m. – Children under age ten 10 must be accompanied by someone age 15 or older.
• 5-6 p.m. – Lap swim in the center of the pool. Children can be in the shallow ends and part of the middle of the pool, but must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or older.
• 6-8 p.m. – Family swim. Children must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or older.
Kurt Beyer pool opens for use on Friday.
