NORWICH - Tonight’s NBT Bank Summer Concert Sseries show presented by the Chenango Blues Association will be relocated due to the weather forecast. Instead of the park, the concert will be held at Martin W. Kappel Theater at the Chenango Council of The Arts Building at the regularly scheduled time.
