NORWICH – The Norwich branch of TCC, the largest Verizon premium wireless retailer in the U.S., is taking part in a national backback giveaway that will provide thousands of school aged kids with back to school supplies.

On Wednesday, TCC announced it will donate 100,000 backbacks filled with school supplies at more than 400 of its stores across the U.S. through its annual School Rocks Backpack Giveawy, including at its Rout 12 location between Walmart and Lowe’s in Norwich. Each backpack is stuffed with pencils, paper, a pencil box, folders, glue and other necessities for the classroom.

Each of the participating TCC stores will donate 200 backbacks, and any leftover backpacks will be donated to local schools.
